About us. mdressed is a small, independently run online store operated by an individual seller. We offer ethnic wear and home textiles to customers across India.

Slight variations in colour or texture can occur between the photo and the actual item due to screens and lighting. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. We may correct errors, update product details, or limit quantities at any time.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Payments. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a trusted PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway. Your card, UPI, and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure systems and are never seen or stored by us.

Your information and privacy. Any personal information you share with us — such as your name, phone number, email, and shipping address — is collected only to process and deliver your orders and to run this business (order updates, support, and delivery). Your information is kept secure, is used for business purposes only, and is never sold. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with our delivery partner) or where required by law.

Shipping and delivery. We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors.

Returns, refunds and cancellations. These are covered by our Refund and Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use. Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it.
