Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you order from Mdressed. If something isn't right, we offer an easy 7-day return and refund process from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, staining, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including innerwear, customised or made-to-order pieces, and products explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you'd prefer an exchange (for size or a different item of equal value), let us know while raising your return request and we'll arrange it once the original item is received back, subject to stock availability.

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.
